Venado Grande Ranch is a 3166 acre ranch in northern Maverick County, Texas with 471 acres located in southern Kinney County. It has approximately 1.5 miles of Elm Creek running through it. It is bordered on the north and east by a 10000 acre low fenced ranch that is not commercially hunted. The southern and western boundaries are high fenced. We have all of the important brush species that have made south Texas famous for producing huge deer and a diverse array of other game. To enhance our natural forage, we are implementing an intensive management program for deer ,turkey, quail, hogs, javelina, ducks, and fish. This includes year round high protein feed, brush and water management, predator control, games surveys, and soil aeration. Our goal is to consistently produce some of the highest scoring deer in the state and maintain a high deer population, along with a high population of turkey, quail, hogs, javelina, and ducks. We are also striving to produce large bass and catfish.

Arizona Guided Hunts
